Privacy Notice

This notice describes the information that may be processed when you visit JPN, a service from J-Private-Networking Group (full name: Jigar Private Networking Group), create an account, use the account portal, or access any network services we make available.

IP address notice: JPN hosting, authentication, API, security and other providers may process IP addresses and technical connection logs. Authorized people with access to those systems or logs may be able to view some of that information.

Information that may be processed

Account details such as your email address, account identifier and authentication status.
Technical data such as IP address, timestamps, browser/device details, request metadata and diagnostic or security logs, where collected by JPN or its providers.
Information you submit to support or account forms, including the name, email address, organization and message entered in an Enterprise inquiry.
Service and security events used to troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse and protect accounts.

Why information may be used

Information may be used to operate and secure accounts, respond to Enterprise inquiries, discuss service requirements, send account-related messages, diagnose technical problems, prevent misuse, comply with applicable law and maintain service reliability.

Providers and network services

JPN may use independent providers such as GitHub Pages, Supabase, Render and future VPN or proxy operators. These providers may process information under their own policies and technical configurations. If you use a VPN or proxy, your connection metadata may be visible to the operator of that service and to other services involved in routing your traffic. A VPN or proxy does not guarantee anonymity or prevent all tracking.

Retention, security and sharing

Retention periods vary by system and provider. Access to information should be limited to people and services that need it for operation, support or security, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Information may be disclosed when legally required or when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or secure the service.

Your choices and requests

Use the account controls where available to manage your account. For privacy, access, correction or deletion requests, contact the JPN operator through a contact method published on the website, if available. Applicable privacy and consumer laws may give you additional rights.

This notice may be updated as JPN's services and providers change. The updated date above indicates the latest version published here.
